Assembly Bills 354 & 355 – Senate Floor Vote
NVFAC PAC Opposes AB354 & Strongly Opposes AB355
We anticipate these bills will be scheduled for a vote in Senate Judiciary in the very near future. There will not be another hearing before the vote.
AB354 prohibits firearms within 100 yds of a polling location & proposes a new definition for a firearm “frame/receiver” to expand last session’s “ghost gun” legislation.
AB355 prohibits anyone under 21 from possessing a semi-automatic shotgun or a centerfire rifle, even under supervision of a parent with no exceptions for training or hunting.
