Overview:
AB94 prohibits state agencies and jurisdictions from using personnel or financial resources to aid in the enforcement of federal laws which restrict or prohibit the purchase, sale, transfer, manufacture, or display of firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, or knives. The bill seeks to amend four NRS chapters with additional sections containing language which lays out these prohibitions, as well as exceptions and definitions of certain terms.
